Philippa works in the background helping us all to stay on top of the day to day admin tasks, which are crucial to ensure everything runs smoothly. We are always looking to improve the way we do things, seeking out the simplest and most straightforward way to get things done.

Philippa is also a professional dance teacher. When she’s not helping the Redhead team, she spends her time teaching young children, which she claims is a lot easier than keeping us in line.
